二子玉川にお店を開いて40年以上、真剣な仕事でお客様にそばやうどんを提供するお店です。お米やそば粉、頼まれてから揚げる天ぷらなど素材から調理まで店主の変わらぬこだわりで作られた料理が食べられます。


お米は新潟県産コシヒカリ、そば粉は静岡県産です。

We have offered soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon ( noodles made from plain wheat) for over 40 years in Futagotamagawa. Please enjoy our soba, Japanese rice and freshly fried Tempura. We pursue delicious cuisine by selecting the best ingredients to cook.

We use Koshihikari brand rice from Niigata and soba flour from Shizuoka. They are special brands in Japan.
